We had a fantastic stay in this boutique hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The facilities provided were top-notch, including the parking and transportation options available. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to explore the city. Moreover, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the overall value for money.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Great location, luxury design, relaxing atmosphere.
Nothing really, if I was to be padantic then I suppose the lift breaking down was a bit annoying.

The decor was nice.
The staff told me your company accidentally made my reservations twice. I emailed them ahead of time and they never responded to my email. Once I arrived the manager told me she was going to do me a favor and only charge me for one reservation even though your website made the error. Then she proceeded to tell us we had to pay in cash which was not stated on your website. The staff was nice but it was not in the best part of town and there was hair on the sheets. The beds were comfortable but I will definitely not recommend the hotel and I will never be using your site again to book a hotel room. Good luck with your business.

Guests have praised the location of the hotel, as it is situated in a central area close to excellent restaurants and within walking distance to the city center. the rooms are described as well-furnished and comfortable, with some even featuring a courtyard view.
Be cautious with currency exchange rates when paying in pesos to avoid potential issues.

The hotel had a nice minimalistic design and was the only building around that looked new. My room was also nicely designed. The bath was big and comfortable. The room had a big flat TV with a lot of local and US channels, so I could enjoy latin american music. The hotel stuff, especially Esteban, were very friendly and helpful. They did their best to make my stay pleasant.
Breakfast was very poor for a 4-star hotel (even no ham and cheese, only cheese cream). The location (San Telmo district) looked unsafe with graffiti painted walls, old houses and narrow streets. It was extremly dirty around, at time with trash lying on the pavements. But this probably applies to Buenos Aires at all. The nearest metro station San Juan was on 10 minute walk. Though no accident happened to me, I would not recommend this location to a solo female traveller like me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - two out of three also had near perfect English, which was a big relief for us! The shower pressure is amazing (just make sure you put a towel down, or the rebound water will wet your stuff :) ) and just across the road is the cutest local restaurant that isnt much to look at in daylight, but has lovely staff and great food - the steak made us very happy. Wifi is free, and reliable - you can even be still connected at the previously mentioned resaurant. Only a short walk to a great wee plaza complete with streetside dining and street tango.

The staff was especially customer service focused!
That they advertised that the balcony from my room overlooked a courtyard, when in fact it didn't; instead, it overlooked 4 concrete walls and onto a glass covered enclosed area.

During my xmas stay, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and offered a warm blanket. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was a bit weak.
There were several negative aspects during my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was very hot at night.

The room was a good size and the bed was good. It was in a good location for exploring the San Telmo district of Buenos Aires.
The hotel was not clean. There were stacks of dirty dishes all over the eating area. Left by breakfast people. The glasses in our room were dirty from the previous people. They obviously did not have enough staff to do a decent job of keeping the hotel in top shape. We gave them a time that we needed to eat breakfast in order to catch a flight but it was not ready and was thrown together at the last minute. We had them call and arrange a taxi for an International flight from Ezezia Airport. It came a half hour late. This has never happened to us before. The only person that seemed to have a vested interest in the hotel was the Manager or owner. I would definitely not return or tell my friends about this hotel.

The hotel is very good, with beautiful and clean rooms. The staff is very nice and gentle.
The location is not very nice. The hotel is located in a strange place, we felt a little unsafe, but nothing happened with us, it was just an impression... The breakfast is modest... But its ok.

This hotel ended up ripping us off. They took a credit card from us at check in, and told us at check out the card was denied. So we paid cash for our 2 nights there. Come to find out, upon arriving back to the states, the Credit card was in fact charged so we paid double. I called the hotel and am still waiting for credit and its now 3 weeks later. Terrible experience.

Very helpful staff.Lovely room.Good breakfast.
Better to pay in dollars as the exchange rate is more reasonable. We wanted to pay in pesos-but the rate quoted on Booked.net was very different to the actual price we paid, so presumed it was the change of exchange rate.

It is a small hotel but the rooms are comfortable and the bedding was fantastic. Super comfortable beds and comforters. We had the room for 4 people with enough space for all. The bathrooms are as expected but the shower head from the shower was very good. Continental breakfast is included, good enough to start the day with coffee, juice, milk, fruits, cereal, toasts and croissants.
It is a bit dated, for example some railings to go up and down the stairs were loose. Had a problem with one curtain, it fell and they could not fix it til the next day. The elevator is very small, but good for the luggage. The entrance is a red gate, not a big hotel entrance, in fact you can walk by it and not realize it is a hotel. Location has its cons and pros, bu it is close to Plaza Dorrego.
